BERDON, J., with whom, MCDONALD, J.,
joins, dissenting. I disagree with the majority’s conclusion that certification to appeal was improvidently granted. Rather, I would reverse the judgment of the Appellate Court because of its faulty analysis of the jury’s verdict, and order that judgment in favor of the plaintiff, Cadle Co. of Connecticut, Inc., against the defendant guarantors in the amount of $1,539,114.32 be reinstated.
