The People v. Dunham

Plaintiff in error, A.E. Dunham, in the circuit court of Pike county, was found guilty upon the third count of an indictment charging him with passing a forged check knowing the same to have been forged. He was sentenced to the penitentiary and has prosecuted a writ of error to review the judgment.

The first two counts of the indictment charged the forgery of the check, and the third count charged the passing of the forged check knowing it to have been forged.
