MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiff, Catherine A. McLachlan, brings this action as a challenge to the Commissioner of Social Security Administration (“SSA”) Michael J. Astrue’s final decision denying her claim for SSI disability benefits. Presently before the Court is the Commissioner’s Motion to Dismiss Mc-Lachlan’s Third Amended Complaint for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction. For the reasons stated below, the Motion is granted.
