This action was begun by the plaintiff against John Iianson, Julia Iianson, Benedict Iianson, and Dina Hanson, defendants, upon a judgment which had been obtained against them in Clay county, Minnesota, upon certain promissory notes set out in the complaint. Garnishment summonses were served upon the garnishee Sterling on September 10, 1914, and upon garnishee Moody on September 14, 1914.
