Ross v. Ross

This controversy is over the custody of Joan Eoss, the child of John Chaffee Eoss and Georgia Orahood Eoss, called herein the father and the mother.

The mother sued the father in the district court for a divorce, and on September 28, 1928, she was granted a divorce and was awarded the custody of Joan. On June 26,1929, Frederick E.
