Thomas v. Lewis

This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Common Pleas Court of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, wherein David A. Thomas recovered a verdict, and judgment thereon, in the amount of $7,500, for claimed services rendered Sam Lewis and Sarah Lewis, the appellants, herein called Mr. Lewis.
