THIS CAUSE comes before the Court upon motion of the United States of Ameri ca to approve settlement between itself and plaintiff Bernard Wollman for $68,000, such settlement arising from the United States’ counterclaim, and upon plaintiff Bernard Wollman’s motion to compel the United States to issue a release of his federal tax lien.
