These are actions by different plaintiffs against the same, defendant to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been occasioned by defendant’s auto*332mobile while operated by his servant. The defendant, before answer, applies for a bill of particulars in each case, on the ground that such particulars are necessary in order to enable him to answer and to prepare for trial.
