This is a Chapter 11 case, and the matter under consideration is a Motion for Summary Judgment filed in the above-captioned adversary proceeding instituted by Richard B. Flammer (Debtor), against his former wife, Courtney Ann Jay, (Defendant-Coun-terclaimant).
