SPARKS, Circuit Judge.
Appellant appeals from judgments rendered in favor of the plaintiffs in suits to recover for personal injuries sustained in an automobile collision. The complaints were in two counts, the first charging negligence as to speed, failure to keep a proper lookout, operating a car on the wrong side of the road, and operating a car in an unsafe condition in that one wheel was so insecurely attached thereto that it became detached from the car.
