The rights of the parties to this action have been determined by this court -when it was here on a former appeal, in so far as their claims were then presented. (138 N. Y. 26.) In carrying out the judgment which was the result of that appeal, further controversies have arisen, and we are now asked to review three different orders made after judgment in the case.
