This appeal arises from the conviction of appellant, Joseph Folse, for felony driving while intoxicated (DWI) based on two pri- or DWI convictions. See Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 49.09 (West, Westlaw through Ch. 46, 2015 R.S.).
