Appellee was the fireman on the first of two engines attached to a freight train proceeding from Ravena to Neon. While standing between the engine and tender, with his right foot resting upon a part of the engine he sustained certain serious and permanent injuries by being caught between the tender and the engine upon which he was employed,…
