State Ex Rel. Meins v. Superior Court for Skagit County

— This is an application made to this court for a writ of prohibition.

The record discloses that the relator, Anna E. Meins, was formerly the wife of Frederick W. Meins. In the latter part of the year 1927, the relator instituted an action in the superior court of King county for a divorce. The action was resisted by the husband, and a trial was had resulting in an interlocutory order declaring that the wife was entitled to a divorce. The order was entered on January 12, 1928.
