MEMORANDUM OPINION
TILLEY, Chief Judge.
This suit arises out of a complaint filed August 25, 1998, by Plaintiff Melissa Jennings 1 alleging, among other claims, that she was sexually harassed by two of the Defendants while she was a player on the University of North Carolina women’s varsity soccer team.
