OPINION

SPURLOCK, Justice.

This is a suit on a sworn account for professional legal services rendered to William Nathan Brightwell prior to his death. Summary judgment was granted for the plaintiff/appellee law firms. Defendant/appellant appeals.

We affirm.

Suit was brought against Brightwell’s widow as Independent Executrix of his Estate in the form of a sworn account alleging personal services rendered on which a systematic record had been kept.
