The Gullett Gin Company sued L. C. and A. E. Seagraves on two promissory notes given for the balance due on certain machinery purchased under a sale contract, a copy of which was attached to the petition. The first of these notes is for the principal sum of $1207.76, and is dated August 2, 1930, and payable November 15, 1931. The second note, which is for $469 principal, is dated August 15, 1930, and due December 15, 1931.
