Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Saratoga County (Scarano, Jr., J.), rendered July 14, 2003, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of attempted burglary in the second degree.

Defendant pleaded guilty to the crime of attempted burglary in the second degree. In accordance with the plea agreement, he was sentenced as a second felony offender to a prison term of four years to be followed by 1½ years of postrelease supervision.
