The problem presented on this submission of controversy concerns the construction of a certain sublease, and the rights and obligations of the plaintiff and defendant thereunder as successors, respectively, to the original landlord and tenant.
It appears that by an agreement dated March 30,1923, Donald S. Walker and another, as trustees under the will of John U.
