FINDINGS, OPINION AND ORDER DIRECTING THE DISTRIBUTION OF PROCEEDS OF SALÉ OF WHEAT CROP

The matter before the Court is the application of Eva Menear for the disbursal of certain funds held by the trustee in this proceeding under Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. For the reasons set out be low, this Court finds that Ms. Menear is indeed entitled to a portion of these funds and orders that they be distributed as specified below.
