_JjThe defendant-appellant, the City of New Orleans Police Department (“NOPD”), appeals a judgment dated August 30, 2007, of the Office of Workers’ Compensation in favor of the claimant-appellee, Kirk Johnson.
The judgment states that the claimant was injured in the course and scope of his employment with the NOPD on October 21, 1999 and that he remains in need of continuing medical treatment attributable to that injury for problems related to his neck and shoulder.
