*183MONTEMURO, Judge:
This case concerns the interpretation and application of several provisions of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (“PHRA”), 43 Pa.S.A. § 951 et seq. The appellee, Mr. Boyd Murphy, was hired by the appellant, Cartex Corporation, on July 10, 1979. Murphy’s position with Cartex was that of a urethane utility man on the production line in Cartex’s Doylestown plant.1 When Murphy was initially hired by Cartex, he did not reveal the fact that he suffered from epilepsy. However, within a few months Cartex became apprised of Murphy’s condition when Murphy suffered a seizure at work.…
