Plaintiffs-appellants, photographers whose work has appeared in “The Complete National Geographic” CD-ROM and *823DVD, appeal from a September 18, 2006, 452 F.Supp.2d 869, decision of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Kaplan, J.) granting defendants’ motion for partial summary judgment on plaintiffs’ “further use” contract claims and implied contract claims.
