A. INTRODUCTION
The instant decision puts to rest the claims of RED BELL BREWING COMPANY (“RBBC”) and RED BELL BREWERY AND PUB COMPANY— HEADHOUSE, INC. (“RBHH;” with RBBC, “the Plaintiffs”) remaining against the Defendants, GS CAPITAL, L.P. (“GS”), BELLA’S PLACE, INC. (“BP”), RBGSC INVESTMENT CORP.
