On March 27, 1935, the husband and wife, the latter being the appellant in this court, entered into an agreement for the support of the wife and two children whereby the husband was to pay $130 per month or a total of $1,560 per annum. This agreement was approved by the Municipal Court of Philadelphia County and entered as part of its records. On July 26,1938, the account showed that the husband was $1,530 in arrears.
