The natural mother of a minor child appeals from a judgment of the Lake County District Court dismissing her challenge to an adoption proceeding.

She raises several issues in this appeal, but our decision turns on our conclusion that the prospective adoptive parents violated the Interstate Compact on Placement of Children, which therefore constituted an illegal placement of the child for purposes of an adoption.
