Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Onondaga County (Salvatore Pavone, Ref.), entered March 31, 2016 in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6. The order, inter alia, granted primary physical custody of the parties’ child to respondent.
It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from is unanimously modified on the law by awarding petitioner primary physical custody of the parties’ child and vacating the 2nd through 12th ordering paragraphs and as modified the order is affirmed without costs, and the matter is remitted to Family Court, Onondaga County, for further…
