Plaintiff brought this action seeking to hold Defendants jointly and severally liable for liquidated and compensatory damages arising out of the alleged breach of nine substantially identical contracts. On July 10, 2010, I ordered the parties to submit the compensatory damages claim to arbitration; however, the liquidated damages claim remains before the court.
