VANDE WALLE, Chief Justice.
Daniel L. Moon appealed from a district court judgment awarding his ex-spouse, Diana L. Moon, child care costs and attorney fees. We reverse.
Diana and Daniel were divorced by a decree of dissolution entered in the Superi- or Court of the State of Washington in July 1991. Residential custody of the couple’s two children was awarded to Diana. The divorce decree also contained a Permanent Parenting Agreement in which Daniel was required to contribute a pro-rated amount of Diana’s “work-related and/or school-related day care expense” incurred in caring for the two…
