McCALEB, Judge.

Josie Hill, a colored' woman, claims that as she drank from a bottle of Coca-Cola, she swallowed small particles of glass which were in the bottle when she purchased it. She alleges that the bottle had been purchased unopened from a local dispenser of the beverage, that it had been manufactured by the defendant, and that she, herself, opened it, and that the glass was in the bottle at the time it was opened by her.
