Plaintiff/appellant Hawa Trinity brought suit against defendant/ appellee Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill & Bar after plaintiff slipped and fell in one of defendant’s restaurants. Defendant filed a motion for summary judgment, which the trial court granted on November 30, 1990.
