OPINION

BARNES, Judge.

Case Summary

KS appeals the juvenile court's order committing him to the custody of the Department of Correction ("DOC") after find*770ing him in violation of probation. We reverse.

Issue

The sole restated issue we address is whether the juvenile court properly obtained jurisdiction in this matter.
