The facts pertinent to these two appeals are identical, with the exception that one involves the township of Townsend, Oconto county, and the other the township of Lakewood, Oconto county. These two towns were part of the Wabeno School District until 1973, at which time this court upheld a determination of the circuit court affirming a decision of the board granting petitions initiated in 1971, requesting detachment of these towns from the Wabeno District and attachment to the White Lake School District.
