PATTERSON, District Judge.
The debtor owns a building at 19 West street, New York City, in which it has conducted an athletic and social club for the past six years. It also owns the furnishings in the building. On April 16, 1936, it filed a petition for reorganization. There were conflicting claims of liens on the furnishings that were not attached to the building. General Realty & Utilities Corporation, which held a building loan mortgage on the real estate, claimed that its mortgage was also a prior lien against the furnishings.
