Nathaniel Sanderson, the defendant, was indicted on four counts of Distribution of Cocaine, Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Distribute, Possession of a Firearm while in Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Distribute, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, and Conspiracy to Violate the Drug Control Act.
