George W. Childers was convicted in the Superior Court of Gordon County for the offense of burglary alleged to have been committed on November 15, 1958, by breaking and entering the Red Bud High School in Gordon County. The defendant made a motion for new trial on the general grounds and on three special grounds, and the exception here is to1 the denial of that motion.
