This case involves a dispute between plaintiff landowner and defendant officials of Reno county over the opening and widening of a public road.
Defendants will be referred to as the county.
In March, 1963, the county took steps to acquire certain land for the purpose of eliminating dangerous conditions in, for the widening of, and for the proper construction of the road, pursuant to the provisions of G.
