This matter is before the Court on the Government’s Motion for Entry of Final Judgment. Dkt. 1-4. The United States and Defendant Len Blavatnik have stipulated to entry of a Final Judgment providing for the payment of a civil penalty of $656,000 by Defendant pursuant to Section 7A(g)(l) of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C. § 18a(g)(l), the premerger notification provision of the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 (“HSR Act”).
