— Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Saratoga County (Briggs, J.), rendered September 1,1982, upon a verdict convicting defendant *922of the crimes of operating a motor vehicle while he had .10 of 1% or more by weight of alcohol in his blood, operating a motor vehicle while his ability to operate it was impaired and following another vehicle too closely.
