After conviction of the defendant by a jury in the superior court on an indictment charging him with possession of heroin in violation of G. L. 1956, §21-28-31, as amended, the defendant’s appeal is before us solely on his exception to the denial of his motion to suppress certain evidence obtained by the narcotics inspectors of the department of health during their search of. the defendant’s residence which was made pursuant to a search warrant issued by a justice of the district court of the sixth judicial district.
