The Star Furniture Company instituted bail-trover proceedings against V. M. Dubberly for certain furniture to which it held title. It alleged demand on the defendant and refusal to deliver the property to it. The defendant denied liability. The property was sold under short order. On the trial the evidence was conflicting.
