This case involves an appeal from the denial of a motion to vacate a judgment for dissolution of marriage filed by petitioner-appellant, Myrna Stern, against respondent-appellee, Thomas Stern. On appeal, petitioner contends that: (1) the trial court abused its discretion in entering a judgment denying her maintenance; setting child support at $100 per week for the parties’ two children; and failing equitably to divide certain property; (2) the trial court erred in granting respondent’s motion to strike petitioner’s amended petition…
