The appellees, James and Dominick Buttitta as plaintiffs, brought suit against the appellants, Lawrence and White, in an action for fraud and deceit.

The first two counts of the declaration substantially charge that the plaintiffs, the Buttitta brothers, employed the defendant C. F. White to sell or exchange a property on Stoughton Street in Urbana, Illinois, for them; that the defendant White entered into a conspiracy with the defendant G. W.
