The United States of America has filed herein a complaint for possession of personal property and declaratory relief seeking a declaration of rights with respect to the ownership of 100,145 shares of the Class A stock and of 2,100,000 shares of the Class B stock of American President Lines, and of certificates representing said shares, and has applied to this Court for a preliminary injunction.
