The plaintiff, Renaissance Development Corp. (Renaissance), appeals from a final judgment denying its request for permanent injunctive relief from the actions of the defendants, 1324 Bald Hill Road LLC (1324 LLC) and Universal Properties Group, Inc. (Universal) (collectively, the defendants).
