The appellant filed his bill, alleging that on the 16th day of July, 1842, Thomas and James J. Rowan, conveyed by deed of trust, to the appellant, as trustee, a large amount of real and personal property, situated in different counties in-the State of Mississippi; and that, among other tracts of land so conveyed, was one situated in the county of Hinds. The deed of trust is made an exhibit to the bill.
