MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
NEWMAN, District Judge:
The issue in this case is the constitutionality of Connecticut’s recently enacted law prohibiting all abortions except those necessary to save the physical life of the mother.1 Public Act No. 1, May 1972, special session. The case is an outgrowth of previous litigation before the same judges who comprise this Court.
