Dissenting alone in this case, a position which I rarely take, leaves me in doubt as to the correctness of my position. The lone dissenter surely cannot believe that every one of his associates on the bench is out of step except himself in the reasoning employed in the particular case under consideration to reach the conclusion arrived at.
