{1} Stephen Smith (Homeowner), appeals from an award of summary judgment in favor of BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP (BAC), which orders a foreclosure sale. On appeal, Homeowner argues that the district court erred in granting summary judgment where BAC failed to establish its standing to foreclose and where BAC failed to provide adequate notice of and opportunity to cure the default.
