L. HAND’ Circuit Judge.

The Moran Towing Company appeals from an interlocutory decree in the admiralty, holding it primarily liable, and the Christie Scow Company, secondarily liable, for the sinking of the scow, “Tallaksen,” in the New York Harbor on January 24, 1945, during a storm. The Christie Corporation has filed assignments of error; as has the libellant because of the judge’s failure to hold the Christie Scow Corporation primarily liable, and because of his exoneration of the A.
